♥ We operate our business on a first come first served basis.

♥ Orders placed through the email/SMS will be reserved for the customer (subject to availability) before emails regarding enquiries/reservations of the same item(s).

♥ Items sold are not exchangable or refundable; please purchase with caution and at your own risk.

♥ Upon receiving the confirmation, customers are required to make payment within a period of 2 working days. Failure to make payment will result the reservation being voided.

♥ Orders cannot be canceled after submitted. In other words, no cancellations/back out buyers.

♥ At the moment, we do not provide COD services to our customers.
